Common Partnership Units definition

Common Partnership Units means Partnership Units other than any Partnership Units representing Preferred Interests.

Common Partnership Units means the common partnership units in the Acquiror.

• Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or a separate agreement entered into between the Partnership and the holders of such Partnership Units, all Common Partnership Units shall be entitled to a right of Redemption hereunder.

• Neither the Redeeming Partner nor any permitted or purported assignee of any Limited Partner shall have any right, with respect to any Common Partnership Units so redeemed, to receive any distributions paid after the Specified Redemption Date.

• Until a Specified Redemption Date, the Tendering Partner shall have no rights as a stockholder of the General Partner with respect to such Tendering Partner's Common Partnership Units.

Common Partnership Units shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
