Common Partnership Units definition

Common Partnership Units means Partnership Units other than any Partnership Units representing Preferred Interests.
Common Partnership Units means the common partnership units in the Acquiror.
Common Partnership Units means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder, excluding any Preferred Partnership Units.
