Common Payment System definition

Common Payment System means the system pursuant to which payments of MCC Funding are made directly to vendors as further described in the Fiscal Accountability Plan. Compact has the meaning provided in the first recital to this Agreement. Counterparty has the meaning provided in Section 1.3(b)(vi).
