Common Reserve Bonds definition

Common Reserve Bonds means the Senior Bonds of any Series secured by the Common Reserve Account as provided in the Applicable Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance of each such Series of Senior Bonds.
Common Reserve Bonds means any Series of Future Parity Obligations that may be designated by the City as a Common Reserve Bond, secured by the Common Reserve Account. The Bonds authorized by this ordinance are not designated as Common Reserve Bonds.
Common Reserve Bonds means the Bonds of any other Series issued under the Master Indenture and designated in writing to the Trustee by an Authority Representative as being secured on a parity with the Series 2021AB Bonds by amounts on deposit in the Common Reserve Account. As of the date of the issuance of the Series 2021AB Bonds, the term Common Reserve Bonds shall include the (i) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2010F-1,(ii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012A, (iii) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2013A, (iv) Taxable Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013B, (v) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013C, (vi) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2014A, (vii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2016A, (viii) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2016B, (ix) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A, (x) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2018A, (xi) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2019A, (xii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019B, (xiii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A, (xiv)Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2020B,(xv) Series 2021AB Bonds and (xvi) any future Series of Bonds designated by the Airports Authority as “Common Reserve Bonds”.

Examples of Common Reserve Bonds in a sentence

  • In the event of any cancellation, the Common Reserve Fund shall be funded as if the Common Reserve Bonds that remain outstanding had been issued on the date of such notice of cancellation.

Related to Common Reserve Bonds

  • Reserve Sub-zone means any of those geographic areas wholly contained within a Reserve Zone, consisting of a combination of a portion of one or more Control Zone(s) as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, reserve service.

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2024-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Federal Reserve Bank means the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States of America.

  • Federal Reserve Board means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

  • Reserve Zone means any of those geographic areas consisting of a combination of one or more Control Zone(s), as designated by the Office of the Interconnection in the PJM Manuals, relevant to provision of, and requirements for, reserve service.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Reserve Draw Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.12(c).

  • Interest Reserve Loan Each Actual/360 Mortgage Loan.

  • LC Reserve the aggregate of all LC Obligations, other than (a) those that have been Cash Collateralized; and (b) if no Default or Event of Default exists, those constituting charges owing to the Issuing Bank.

For purposes of calculating Interest Reserve Amounts, the Net Mortgage Rate for each Interest Reserve Loan shall be the Net Mortgage Rate in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) under the original terms of such Interest Reserve Loan in effect as of the Closing Date, without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Interest Reserve Loan subsequent to the Closing Date (whether entered into by the applicable Master Servicer, the applicable Special Servicer, the Non-Trust Master Servicer or the Non-Trust Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower).

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Reserve Bank means the Reserve Bank of India constituted by Section 3 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934).

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Yield Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to: (a) the Capital at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (b)(i) the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (ii) 100% minus the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date.

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Basis Risk Reserve Fund A fund created as part of the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 5.06 of this Agreement but which is not an asset of any of the REMICs.

  • Federal Reserve Bank Book-Entry System means a depository and securities transfer system operated by the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States on which are eligible to be held all United States Government direct obligation bills, notes and bonds.

  • Unit of government means a city, village, township, charter township, and any duly authorized and established combinations thereof, within or without the county establishing any of the improvements, facilities, or services authorized under this act.

  • Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Federal Reserve Act means the Federal Reserve Act, as amended.
