Common Reserve Bonds definition

Common Reserve Bonds means the Senior Bonds of any Series secured by the Common Reserve Account as provided in the Applicable Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance of each such Series of Senior Bonds.
Common Reserve Bonds means any Series of Future Parity Obligations that may be designated by the City as a Common Reserve Bond, secured by the Common Reserve Account. The Bonds authorized by this ordinance are not designated as Common Reserve Bonds.
Common Reserve Bonds means the Bonds of any other Series issued under the Master Indenture and designated in writing to the Trustee by an Authority Representative as being secured on a parity with the Series 2021AB Bonds by amounts on deposit in the Common Reserve Account. As of the date of the issuance of the Series 2021AB Bonds, the term Common Reserve Bonds shall include the (i) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2010F-1,(ii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012A, (iii) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2013A, (iv) Taxable Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013B, (v) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013C, (vi) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2014A, (vii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2016A, (viii) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2016B, (ix) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2017A, (x) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2018A, (xi) Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2019A, (xii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019B, (xiii) Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2020A, (xiv)Airport System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2020B,(xv) Series 2021AB Bonds and (xvi) any future Series of Bonds designated by the Airports Authority as “Common Reserve Bonds”.
