Common Reserve Account definition

Common Reserve Account means the Account of that name established by Section 5.0l(a)(viii) in the Debt Service Reserve Fund to secure the Common Reserve Bonds.
Common Reserve Account means the account established for the Series 2021AB Bonds and any other Common Reserve Bonds in the Debt Service Reserve Fund, as set forth in Sections 401(a)(iii)(1) and 401(b)(iii)(1) of this Fifty-third Supplemental Indenture.
Common Reserve Account means the Account of that name established by Article V hereof in the Debt Service Reserve Fund to secure the Common Reserve Bonds.

  • The Tenant may at any time and from time to time pay to the Issuer amounts to prepay all or any part of the Basic Rent payable under this Agreement (to the extent such amounts are not otherwise required to be paid and no Event of Default is continuing hereunder) and any such amounts shall be deposited in a separate subaccount for Retained Funds in the Common Reserve Account and credited and applied against installments of Basic Rent as provided herein.

More Definitions of Common Reserve Account

Common Reserve Account means an account to serve as a common reserve for all Common Reserve Bonds, created and maintained within the Utility System Bond Fund for the purpose of securing Future Parity Obligations that are designated as Common Reserve Bonds. The Common Reserve Account is a Parity Reserve Account.
Common Reserve Account means the Reserve Account in the Bond Fund created pursuant to Resolution No. 2006-03 of Cascade, renamed the 2006 Reserve Account in Section 13 of Resolution No. 2009-11 and renamed the Common Reserve Account in Section 13 of this resolution.
