Examples of Common Reserve Account in a sentence
The Tenant may at any time and from time to time pay to the Issuer amounts to prepay all or any part of the Basic Rent payable under this Agreement (to the extent such amounts are not otherwise required to be paid and no Event of Default is continuing hereunder) and any such amounts shall be deposited in a separate subaccount for Retained Funds in the Common Reserve Account and credited and applied against installments of Basic Rent as provided herein.
On the Closing Date, the Trustee shall deposit in the Common Reserve Account the amount required to be deposited therein pursuant to Section 3.02(b) hereof.
In connection with the issuance of Additional Bonds, there shall additionally be deposited in the Common Reserve Account or any other Reserve Account established and/or maintained for such Additional Bonds, as applicable, the amount required to be deposited therein under the Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such Additional Bonds are issued.
