Commonwealth or State instrumentality means a body or authority established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Commonwealth or of the State.
Indian Governmental Instrumentality means Government of India, Government of any State in India or any ministry, department, board, authority, agency, corporation, commission under the direct or indirect control of Government of India or any State Government or both, any political sub-division of any of them including any court or Commission or tribunal or judicial or quasi- judicial body in India but excluding the CTU, TSP and the Designated ISTS Customers;
Agency or instrumentality of the government of Venezuela means an agency or instrumentality of a foreign state as defined in section
Commonwealth Entity means any government body which is subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Governmental Instrumentality means any federal, state or local department, office, instrumentality, agency, board or commission having jurisdiction over a Party or any portion of the Work, the Project or the Site.

Commonwealth Citizen means any person who has the status of a Commonwealth citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, not covered by the ‘UK Nationality’ definition above. This includes British Dependent Territories citizens (other than Gibraltarians), British Overseas citizens, and from 1986 those persons in the category British National (Overseas).
Government Instrumentality means any department, division or sub- division of the Government or the State Government and includes any commission, board, authority, agency or municipal and other local authority or statutory body including panchayat under the control of the Government or the State Government, as the case may be, and having jurisdiction over all or any part of the Project Highway or the performance of all or any of the services or obligations of the Contractor under or pursuant to this Agreement;
Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;
Commonwealth Minister means the local Minister within the meaning of the gas pipelines access legislation of the Commonwealth;

district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;

the Commonwealth Act means the legislation of the Commonwealth Parliament by which this agreement is authorized to be executed by or on behalf of the Commonwealth;

District Office – means the office of the District as established by the Board.

United States central authority means the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

School District Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2)(d), a School District Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33(a) and Wis. Stat. § 118.125(2) governing the use and re-disclosure of personally identifiable information from student records.
