Community Amenity definition

Community Amenity means any public benefit, improvement or contribution that can enhance the quality of life for a community and includes, but is not limited to, public spaces, land or an interest in land, affordable and/or special needs housing, and facilities, which meet a range of social, environmental, cultural, recreational and infrastructure needs of the community.
Community Amenity means any public amenity or benefit that improves the quality of life of a community, over and above the new development itself and over and above the Community Benefits listed in Section 3.1
Community Amenity means any public amenity that provides a benefit to the residents of the city or a specific neighbourhood as the result of increased residential density.

  • This payment will be in the amount of $50 per month due and payable as additional Rent as referenced in the Community Amenity Rules and Regulations Rider.

  • Community Amenity Space, as defined in Appendix F, means the areas of a site that are intended for use and enjoyment of the residents, tenants and users of the development.

Community Amenity means rehabilitation of the façade of the existing Customs House on the westerly portion of the lands in accordance with Heritage Revitalization Agreement (816 Government) Bylaw No. 15-057.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
