Community Covenant definition

Community Covenant means the Covenant for Community for Daybreak and the articles, bylaws, resolutions, rules and regulations of the Community Council as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Community Covenant means recorded land use 2-31 restrictions and covenants applicable to a planned community, as 2-32 that term is defined by Section 43.0754, Local Government Code.
