  • The selected Community Garden Coordinator will agree to abide by and sign a Memorandum of Understanding/Garden Agreement with the City of Vaughan, which will be valid for the period of one year (Appendix 2).

  • Each Community Garden location must elect or designate one person annually to serve as Community Garden Coordinator.

  • The selected Community Garden Coordinator must be identified in the application process for new garden sites.

  • Notice will be given to all Allotment Gardeners from the City’s Sustainability Coordinator or the Community Garden Coordinator outlining any such changes.

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Division, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Reliability Coordinator Area means that portion of the Bulk Electric System under the purview of the Reliability Coordinator.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Campus means any place where the college conducts or sponsors educational, public service, or research activities.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Project Management Unit or “PMU” means the Recipient’s management and Implementation unit referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
