Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Employee in any of the Restricted Shares shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement and the Plan, and shall be forfeited and surrendered to the Company upon the occurrence of any of the events requiring Employee’s interest in such Restricted Shares to be so forfeited and surrendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Participant in any Restricted Stock shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Restricted Stock Agreement and the Plan.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Director in any of the RS Units shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement and the Plan, and shall be forfeited and surrendered to the Company upon the occurrence of any of the events requiring Director’s interest in such RS Units to be so forfeited and surrendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Community Interest of Spouse. The Employee’s spouse shall be required to execute the spousal consent set forth on the signature page attached hereto to evidence such spouse’s agreement and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan as to such spouse’s interest, whether as community property or otherwise, if any, in the Restricted Units granted to the Employee hereunder.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Employee in this Performance Award shall be subject to all the terms, conditions and restrictions in the Plan, this Agreement and the Notice.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Holder in any of the Holder’s Units, Dividend Equivalents, and Distributed Stock shall be subject to all the terms of this Agreement, and shall be forfeited and surrendered to the Company upon the occurrence of any of the events requiring Holder’s interest in such Holder’s Units or Dividend Equivalents to be so forfeited and surrendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Participant in any Phantom Units shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Phantom Units Agreement and the Plan.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of a Participant in any of the Performance Units shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Award Agreement and the Plan, and shall be forfeited and surrendered to the Company upon the occurrence of any of the events requiring the Participant’s interest in such Performance Units to be so forfeited and surrendered pursuant to this Award Agreement.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Employee in any of the RSUs shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Agreement and the Plan, and shall be forfeited and surrendered to the Company upon the occurrence of any of the events requiring Employee’s interest in such Restricted Shares to be so forfeited and surrendered pursuant to this Agreement.
Community Interest of Spouse. The community interest, if any, of any spouse of Sxxxxxx in any Restricted Stock shall be subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions of this Equity Award Agreement.
