Units Agreement means the Agreement or a later supplemental agreement or resolution in which Members agree to determine voting rights by the issuance of Units and specify in the Units Agreement the number of Units distributed to each Member.

Examples of Units Agreement in a sentence

  • This Phantom Units Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware to the extent federal law does not supersede and preempt Delaware law.
