Units Agreement means the Agreement or a later supplemental agreement or resolution in which Members agree to determine voting rights by the issuance of Units and specify in the Units Agreement the number of Units distributed to each Member.

  • The Participant represents that the Participant has read and is familiar with the provisions of the Restricted Stock Units Agreement and the Plan, and hereby accepts the Award subject to all of their terms and conditions.
