Community Policy and Management Team definition

Community Policy and Management Team or "CPMT" means a team appointed by the local governing body to receive funds pursuant to Chapter 52 (В§ 2.2-5200 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia. The powers and duties of the CPMT are set out in В§ 2.2-5206 of the Code of Virginia.

The BMP Manual is periodically amended by the Department as necessary to provide design specifications on additional best management practices and new information on already included practices reflecting the best available current information regarding the particular practice and the Department’s determination as to the ability of that best management practice to contribute to compliance with the standards contained in this chapter. Alternative stormwater management measures, removal rates, or calculation methods may be utilized, subject to any limitations specified in this chapter, provided the design engineer demonstrates to the municipality, in accordance with Section IV.F. of this ordinance and N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), that the proposed measure and its design will contribute to achievement of the design and performance standards established by this chapter.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • Best management practices (BMP) means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the United States.   • Procurement Policy Board or “PPB” shall mean the board established pursuant to Charter § 311 whose function is to establish comprehensive and consistent procurement policies and rules which have broad application throughout the City.

  • Quality management means coordinated activities to direct and control an organization with regard to quality;

  • Best Management Practices (BMPs means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of waters of the state.   • Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.

  • Primary care giver means a person who assumes the principal role of providing care and attention to a child.
