Community redevelopment plan definition

Community redevelopment plan means a plan, as it exists from time to time, for a community redevelopment area.
Community redevelopment plan means a community redevelopment plan developed and adopted in accordance with Part III, Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, within which the Community Redevelopment Area is geographically defined.
