A change of a body corporate service address is effective when written notice of that address is lodged with the Community Schemes Ombud Service in the prescribed form.
Sectional Title Bodies Corporate are unique borrowers whose income (levies) are protected and secured by legislation – Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011 (“the STSMA”) and the Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986 (“the STA”) and the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act 9 of 2011 (“the CSOSA”).
