Companion Diagnostic Sublicensee definition

Companion Diagnostic Sublicensee means a Third Party or Affiliate who has been granted a sub-license under either of the Exclusive License or Non-Exclusive License to research, develop and commercialize a Companion Diagnostic, and where such sublicense is in compliance with Section 4.2.5.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.
