Companion Holder. Each of the holders of the Companion Loans.

• The Companion Paying Agent shall promptly provide the name and address of the Companion Holder to any party hereto or any successor Companion Holder upon written request and any such Person may, without further investigation, conclusively rely upon such information.

• The Companion Paying Agent shall maintain a register (the “Companion Register”) with respect to each Serviced Companion Loan on which it will record the names and address of, and wire transfer instructions for, the Companion Holders from time to time, to the extent such information is provided in writing to it by each Companion Holder.

• Each of the Master Servicer and Special Servicer acknowledges and agrees that each Companion Holder and mezzanine lender or its respective designee has the right to purchase the related Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the related Intercreditor Agreement to the extent provided for therein.
