For purposes of the preceding clause (x), if the fair market value of the real property constituting such Mortgaged Property after the release is not equal to at least 80% of the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan (together with any related Pari Passu Companion Loans) outstanding after the release, the Mortgagor is required to make a payment of principal in an amount not less than the amount required by the REMIC Provisions.
In addition, with respect to any Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan, in no event shall Servicing Fees with respect to such Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan (including an REO Companion Loan) be payable out of payments and other collections with respect to any related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s), the related Mortgage Loan or the Mortgage Pool.
Any Appraisal Reduction Amounts with respect to each Serviced Loan Combination shall be allocated, first, to any related Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan(s) (up to the outstanding principal balance(s) thereof), and then, to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s), on a pro rata and pari passu basis in accordance with the respective outstanding principal balances of such related Serviced Mortgage Loan and the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s).
Any Appraisal Reduction Amounts with respect to each Serviced Loan Combination shall be allocated, first, to any related Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan (up to the outstanding principal balance thereof), and then, to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s), on a pro rata and pari passu basis in accordance with the respective outstanding principal balances of such related Serviced Mortgage Loan and the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan.
Insofar as any such loss, liability, cost or expense related to any Serviced Loan Combination is so paid by withdrawal from the Collection Account or Distribution Account and funds are subsequently received and allocable to the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s), then the applicable Master Servicer shall deposit the amount of such loss, liability, cost or expense into the Collection Account from such funds so received and allocable to the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan.

Any Appraisal Reduction Amounts with respect to each Serviced Whole Loan shall be allocated, first, to any related Serviced Subordinate Companion Loan(s) (up to the outstanding principal balance(s) thereof), and then, to the related Serviced Mortgage Loan and any related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s), on a pro rata and pari passu basis in accordance with the respective outstanding principal balances of such related Serviced Mortgage Loan and the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan(s).
The Columbus Square Portfolio Pari Passu Companion Loans and all amounts attributable thereto will not be assets of the Trust Fund, the REMIC Pools or the Grantor Trust and will be beneficially owned by the related Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan Holders.
