Company 2010 Notes definition

Company 2010 Notes means the Company’s 8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2010 in the original principal amount of $150,000,000, issued pursuant to the indenture dated June 11, 1998 between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee, as in effect on the date hereof.
Company 2010 Notes means those convertible promissory notes issued pursuant to (i) that certain Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement dated as of June 16, 2010 by and between the Company and certain of the Company’s stockholders and as amended and (ii) that certain Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement dated as of September 17, 2010 by and between the Company and certain of the Company’s stockholders.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • 2020 Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2020, issued by Pride International LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • 2027 Notes means the Company’s 5.125% Senior Notes due 2027, issued on February 21, 2017.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.04% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • PIK Notes means Additional Notes issued under this Indenture in connection with a PIK Payment, with the same terms as the Initial Notes, except that interest on any PIK Notes shall accrue from their date of issuance.
