Company Account definition
Company Account has the meaning assigned in Section 5.

At the direction of the Board, the Advisor may establish and maintain, as an agent and signatory on behalf of the Company and the Operating Partnership, one or more bank accounts in the name of the Company or the Operating Partnership (any such account, a “Company Account”), collect and deposit funds into any Company Account, and disburse funds from any Company Accounts, under such terms and conditions as the Board may approve.
Manager may withdraw the applicable portion of the Management Fee from a Company Account in accordance with Section 6.
