Company Branch definition

Company Branch means a location other than the registered office where business is conducted or operated from. (i) Consumer Guarantee means a right or guarantee the Purchaser may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights in relation to the supply of goods or services (such as implied terms) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
