Company Brands definition

Company Brands means any (a) Trademark included in the Company Intellectual Property, which shall include “Cloudbreak” and “XXXXXX”, (b) any Trademark that is similar to, or is a variation or derivative of, any of the foregoing (including any translation, abbreviation, adaptation or combination thereof), and (c) any application for registration, registration or renewal of, or Internet domain name or social media handle associated with or including, any of the foregoing items referenced in clause (b) or (c) (in each case of (a)-(c), regardless of whether used alone or together with any other mark, word or logo, slogan, symbol, design or other formative).
Company Brands means any Beer imported, marketed or sold by the Company, including, without limitation, any Beer marketed, imported or sold by the Company under the trademarks set forth on Schedule B and any name or xxxx similar thereto or any variation thereof.
Company Brands means the Company Flagship Brands and any other brand acquired, launched or operated by Company subsequent to the Effective Date.

Company Brands means any term or keyword which is identical or similar to (including without limitation to any variations, translations, misspellings and singular/plural forms of) any of following terms: “Ctrip”, “Xxxxx.xxx”, “Xxxx.xxx” (with or without any associated internet domain names (with whatever (country code) top-level domain).
Company Brands means any Beer imported, marketed or sold by the Company, including, without limitation, any Beer marketed, imported or sold by the Company under the trademarks set forth on Schedule B and any name or mark similar thereto or any variation thereof.
Company Brands means the Company Flagship Brands and any other brand acquired, launched or operated by Company subsequent to the Effective Date; provided, however, that “Company Brands” shall not include the CCS merchandise brand on and after the Amendment Effective Time.
