More Definitions of Company Change of Recommendation

Company Change of Recommendation means either the Company or the Company Board or any committee withholding, withdrawing or modifying, or publicly proposing to withhold, withdraw or modify, the Board Recommendation in a manner adverse to the Purchasers.
