Company Common Stock Fund definition

Company Common Stock Fund means a separate Investment Fund invested primarily in Company Common Stock.
Company Common Stock Fund means the Fund established pursuant to Section 7.1(c).

Related to Company Common Stock Fund

  • Company Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.
