Company Derivative Securities definition

Company Derivative Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(b)(iii).
Company Derivative Securities means all securities and other rights, including Company Options exercisable, convertible or exchangeable for Shares.
Company Derivative Securities means any derivative securities relating to debt or equity securities issued by the Company, including swaps, straddles, exchange-traded put or call options, depositary receipts or shares, or individual derivative contracts, in each case, that are not issued by the Company.

More Definitions of Company Derivative Securities

Company Derivative Securities means any securities or rights convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for (in each case, directly or indirectly), Common Shares, including options, restricted share units and warrants.
Company Derivative Securities means all shares of Company Preferred Stock, notes, bonds, indentures or other securities exchangeable for or convertible into shares of Company Common Stock, all subscription rights, options, warrants or other securities exercisable for shares of Company Stock, and all other securities or Contractual Obligations of any kind granting any Person the right (absolute or contingent) to purchase or otherwise acquire shares of Company Common Stock, other than the Company Convertible Notes.
Company Derivative Securities means the Employee Options and the Company Warrants.
Company Derivative Securities means, collectively: (a) any warrant, option, right or other security that entitles the holder thereof to purchase or otherwise acquire any shares of the capital stock of the Company (collectively, "COMPANY STOCK RIGHTS"); (b) any note, evidence of indebtedness, stock or other security of the Company that is convertible into or exchangeable for any shares of the capital stock of the Company or any Company Stock Rights ("COMPANY CONVERTIBLE SECURITY"); and (c) any warrant, option, right, note, evidence of indebtedness, stock or other security that entitles the holder thereof to purchase or otherwise acquire any Company Stock Rights or any Company Convertible Security; provided, however, that the term "Company Derivative Securities" does not include any of the Company Options.
