Company Derivative Securities definition

Company Derivative Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(b)(iii).
Company Derivative Securities means any derivative securities relating to debt or equity securities issued by the Company, including swaps, straddles, exchange-traded put or call options, depositary receipts or shares, or individual derivative contracts, in each case, that are not issued by the Company.
Company Derivative Securities means all securities and other rights, including Company Options exercisable, convertible or exchangeable for Shares.

More Definitions of Company Derivative Securities

Company Derivative Securities means any and all outstanding Company Options or Company Warrants to purchase shares of Company Capital Stock or any Indebtedness convertible into shares of Company Capital Stock.
