Company Equity Interests means the Company Common Interests and the Company Preferred Interests.

Furthermore, for purposes of this Agreement, the term "EXCLUDED COMPANY INTERESTS" means Voting Interests in the Company owned by the Pledgor at any time which, together with the Voting Interests in the Company owned by all of the other Shareholders at such time, represents not more than 51% of the combined voting power of all of the issued and outstanding Voting Interests in the Company on the date of this Agreement.
