Company Exchanges definition

Company Exchanges has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(f).
Company Exchanges is defined in Section 2.01(e).
Company Exchanges means the TSX and/or the NASDAQ, as applicable.

Company Exchanges means the exchange or conversion of all of the issued and outstanding Company Convertible Securities (other than Company Options to be assumed by Pubco in connection with the Business Combination) for One Energy Common Shares (including any accrued or declared but unpaid dividends) at the applicable conversion ratio set forth in the Company’s governing documents or the terms of applicable instruments to be completed prior to the Company Merger Effective Time in accordance with the Business Combination Agreement.

  • National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Securities Exchange Act (or any successor to such Section) and any other securities exchange (whether or not registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) (or successor to such Section) of the Securities Exchange Act) that the General Partner shall designate as a National Securities Exchange for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Related Exchange(s means each exchange or quotation system (as the Determination Agent may select) where trading has a material effect (as determined by the Determination Agent) on the overall market for futures or options contracts relating to the Share or, in any such case, any transferee or successor exchange of such exchange or quotation system.

  • Applicable Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange or such other securities exchange as may at the applicable time be the principal market for the Common Stock.

"Local Interconnection Service (LIS) Entrance Facility" is a DS1 or DS3 facility that extends from CLEC's Switch location or Point of Interconnection (POI) to the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. An Entrance Facility may not extend beyond the area served by the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center. "Local Interconnection Service (LIS)" is the CenturyLink product name for its provision of Interconnection as described in Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • Exchange Rules means the listing rules of The OTC Marketplace.
