Company Group Employees definition

Company Group Employees means, collectively, officers, directors and employees of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, Buyer and their respective affiliates.

Company Group Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a).

Company Group Employees means, collectively, officers, directors and employees of the Company, the Subsidiary and the Purchaser and persons acting under any management, service, consulting, distribution, dealer or similar contract with respect to the Company or the Subsidiary.

Company Group Employees means, collectively, (i) employees of the Company as of the Closing and (ii) persons set forth on Schedule 5.11 acting under any management, service, consulting or similar Contract.
