Company Originator means (a) Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (b) an employee or agent of Company or any of its Subsidiaries, (c) a subcontractor or Consultant acting on behalf of Company or any of its Subsidiaries or (d) with respect to particular Know-How or tangible property, a Person who has assigned such Know-How or tangible property, or any Patents to the extent claiming such Know-How or tangible property, to Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.
