• Subject to the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall continue to make such advances through the date that the Servicer is required to do so under the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement.

• The Master Servicer shall, to the extent provided in the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, cause the Servicer to sell, any REO Property as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, as applicable.
