The Company is not currently bound by, and no Company Owned Intellectual Property Rights are subject to, any Contract containing any covenant or other provision that in any way materially limits or restricts the ability of the Company to use, exploit, assert, or enforce any Company Owned Intellectual Property anywhere in the world in connection with its business.
