Company Patent Rights definition

Company Patent Rights mean any Patent Rights that are Controlled by Company or any of its Affiliates (such that Company or its Affiliate may grant access, a license or sublicense thereto) other than the Licensed Patent Rights.
Company Patent Rights means Patent Rights that during the term of this Agreement are Controlled by Company or any of its Affiliates, including, but not limited to, those listed on Schedule 1.1, which: (i) claim or cover a Cue Biologic, Compound and/or Product, or a method of use or process of Manufacture thereof, including without limitation any improvements; or (ii) claim or cover Company Information and Inventions. Company Patent Rights include Einstein Patent Rights and Cue Patent Rights.
Company Patent Rights means any patents and patent applications that claim any Company Invention, in each case solely to the extent the claims are directed to the subject matter of such Company Invention.

  • The Parties shall cooperate fully with each other to provide necessary information and assistance, as the other Party may reasonably request, in obtaining patent term extension or supplemental protection certificates or their equivalents in any country in the Territory where applicable to Company Patent Rights and Joint Patent Rights.

More Definitions of Company Patent Rights

Company Patent Rights means any Patent Right that is Controlled by the Company as of the Execution Date or after the Execution Date and until the end of the Term, that is necessary or useful for the use, Development or Commercialization of HMPL-004 or a Product including any Improvements, from time to time. The Company Patent Rights existing as of the Execution Date are set forth on Schedule 1.13 and include the Key Patent Rights.
Company Patent Rights has the same meaning as that ascribed to that phrase in the CTOA.
Company Patent Rights means all PATENTS and PATENT APPLICATIONS owned or CONTROLLED by COMPANY that are necessary or useful for NEKTAR AL in connection with NEKTAR AL'S performance of its obligations under this AGREEMENT.
