Company Per Share Value definition

Company Per Share Value means the quotient determined by dividing (A) the Company Net Cash Amount by (B) the Company Outstanding Shares.
Company Per Share Value means $2.20, which is the highest value in the range identified in the appraisal by Xxxxx Valuation Group in that certain valuation analysis dated as of March 27, 2024 of the fair market value of the Capital Stock.
Company Per Share Value is defined in Section 1.2.
