Company Put Notice definition

Company Put Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) hereof.
Company Put Notice means the written notice required to be provided by the Company to the Buyer, in the form attached as Annex X, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2(a) of this Agreement to effectuate the purchase and sale of the Note and December Closing Date Warrant.
Company Put Notice means a Company Put Notice, in the form of Exhibit 2 to this Warrant.

  • Beginning July 23, 2013 and for a two year period thereafter, the previous owners may petition the Company to redeem Class A Common Units held by them, upon written notice to the Company ("Put Notice").
