Company Series A Preferred Share means a series A preferred share, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company, as further described in the memorandum and articles of association of the Company.
Company Series A Preferred Share means a series A+ preferred share, par value US$0.0001 per share, of the Company, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Company Articles.
Company Series A Preferred Share means one share of the Series A Preferred Stock.
