Vacation Allotment Sample Clauses

Vacation Allotment. Sickness – Injury – Lay-off – Authorized leave of absence for sickness, accident or other causes acceptable to the company, excluding lay-off beyond two (2) months, shall not affect the employee’s right in respect of vacations with pay.
Vacation AllotmentEmployees shall be granted an annual paid vacation for use in accordance with this provision on the following basis: a. Professional Staff shall be entitled to a vacation earned at the rate of one and two thirds (1⅔) days per month of employment, from the date of hire, not to exceed twenty days per fiscal year, which for payroll purposes is accounted as one hundred and forty hours (140) per year on university records. Vacation leave is administered on a fiscal year calendar. The university’s fiscal year is July 1st through June 30th of the following year.

Vacation Allotment. Research Employees shall be entitled to fifteen vacation leave days per fiscal year after 30 days from the date of hire. For payroll purposes the time is accounted as one hundred and five hours (105) per year on University records. Vacation leave is administered on a fiscal year calendar. The University’s fiscal year is July 1st through June 30th of the following year. The time shall be prorated whenever the hire date does not coincide with the start of the fiscal year or whenever a break in employment does not coincide with the end of the fiscal year.
Vacation Allotment. Vacations will be granted as per the following schedule: Years of Service Vacation Period Vacation Pay 1 year but less than 5 years 2 weeks 4%* 5 years but less than 10 years 3 weeks 6%* 10 years but less than 15 yrs 4 weeks 8%* 15 years and over 5 weeks 10% * of gross earnings for the previous vacation year.

Vacation Allotment. Up to Six (6) Residential driver positions per week will be allowed to take vacation, provided such drivers submit their vacation requests by January 31. Requests received after January 31 will result in only four (4) residential driver positions allowed to take vacation. Vacation allotments for all other classifications remain unchanged.
Vacation Allotment. It is agreed between the parties, that all employees will be required to take a minimum of two weeks vacation each calendar year. Employees who have not scheduled two weeks vacation by September 1st of each year will have the minimum vacation scheduled for them, at a time convenient to the company, but prior to the end of the calendar year.
