Company Service Provider Agreement definition

Company Service Provider Agreement means each management, employment, severance, change in control, consulting, advisory, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, or other similar agreement, or Contract between the Company or any Company ERISA Affiliate and any current Company Service Provider or any former Company Service Provider under which the Company or any Company ERISA Affiliate has any ongoing or potential Liability.
Company Service Provider Agreement means any individual offer letter or agreement for employment, consulting, retirement, severance, termination or change in control, deferred compensation, equity-based, incentive, bonus, supplemental retirement, profit sharing, insurance, medical, welfare, fringe or other benefits or remuneration of any kind between the Company and any individual Company employee or service provider, except for any consulting, advisory or similar agreement set forth in Section 2.10(a)(viii) of the Disclosure Schedule.
Company Service Provider Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a) (Employee Benefit Plans and Employee Matters).
