Company Special Meeting definition

Company Special Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Company Special Meeting means the meeting of the holders of shares of Company Common Stock for the purpose of seeking the Company Stockholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.
Company Special Meeting has the meaning given such term in Section 5.6(c) of this Agreement.

Company Special Meeting has the meaning set forth in ss.5(c)(ii) below.
