Company Stock Number means the number of shares of Company Common Stock that are issued and outstanding at the Effective Time (excluding any shares of Company Common Stock to be canceled pursuant to Section 2.01(b)).

  • Company Stock means, collectively, the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.
