Company Warrant Indenture definition

Company Warrant Indenture means a warrant indenture under which any of the outstanding Company Warrants were issued.

More Definitions of Company Warrant Indenture

Company Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as warrant agent, dated as of September 17, 2020 governing the Company Warrants that are currently exercisable to purchase one Company Share at a price of $0.60 until September 17, 2022;
