Comparable Buildings in Downtown Boston means comparable first-class, high-rise office buildings in the Back Bay or financial districts of Boston.

  • Comparable Buildings means the Building and those other life sciences buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation of to the building), quality of construction, level of services and amenities, size and appearance, and are located in South San Francisco, California and the surrounding commercial area.

  • Qualified building means a building built at least 30 years before the date of application, located within a designated downtown or, village center, or neighborhood development area, which, upon completion of the project supported by the tax credit, will be an income-producing building not used solely as a single-family residence. Churches and other buildings owned by religious organization may be qualified buildings, but in no event shall tax credits be used for religious worship.

  • Commercial building means any building other than a residential building,

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Principal building means the main building or structure on a single lot or parcel of land and includes any attached garage or attached porch.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).
