Comparator Group TSR definition

Comparator Group TSR means the quotient of (i) the Index’s Ending Price minus the Index’s Beginning Price plus the Index’s Dividends Paid, divided by (ii) the Index’s Beginning Price. The TSR Performance Goal shall be subject to adjustment by the Committee in the event of an event described in Section 4(b) of the Plan.
Comparator Group TSR means, with respect to a company that is part of the Comparator Group, such company’s total shareholder return over the Performance Period, as measured by (x) the Comparator Group End Price minus the Comparator Group Start Price (assuming dividends are reinvested as of the dividend payment date), divided by (y) such Comparator Group Start Price and multiplied by (z) 100.

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • TSR means total shareholder return.

  • ROIC means Return on Invested Capital and represents a ratio of Adjusted net income to Average Invested Capital. The Company believes this is a useful profitability measure as it excludes non-cash expenses (income) from both the numerator and denominator.

  • Weighting with respect to an Underlying means the weighting in relation to the relevant Underlying as specified in the table in the definition of such Underlying.

  • Relative TSR means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • Comparison Group means a sample group of organisations providing Comparable supply of Services which consists of organisations which are either of similar size to the Supplier or which are similarly structured in terms of their business and their service offering so as to be fair comparators with the Supplier or which, are best practice organisations;

  • RTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.

  • TSR Percentile means the percentile ranking of the Company’s TSR among the TSRs for the Comparison Group members for the Performance Period. In determining the Company’s TSR Percentile for the Performance Period, in the event that the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period is equal to the TSR(s) of one or more other Comparison Group members for that same period, the Company’s TSR Percentile ranking will be determined by ranking the Company’s TSR for that period as being greater than such other Comparison Group members.

  • Weighting factor wT for an organ or tissue (T) means the proportion of the risk of stochastic effects resulting from irradiation of that organ or tissue to the total risk of stochastic effects when the whole body is irradiated uniformly. For calculating the effective dose equivalent, the values of wT are:

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Performance Factors means any of the factors selected by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement, from among the following objective measures, either individually, alternatively or in any combination, applied to the Company as a whole or any business unit or Subsidiary, either individually, alternatively, or in any combination, on a GAAP or non-GAAP basis, and measured, to the extent applicable on an absolute basis or relative to a pre-established target, to determine whether the performance goals established by the Committee with respect to applicable Awards have been satisfied:

  • CAGR means compound annual growth rate;

  • Revenue Growth means the percentage change in revenue (as defined in Statement of Financial Accounting Concepts No. 6, published by the Financial Accounting Standards Board) from one period to another.

  • Performance Factor means any matter that could or will significantly affect a party’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Peer Companies means the companies included in the Xxxxxxx 2000 on December 31, 2017. In the event of a merger, acquisition or business combination transaction of a Peer Company with or by another Peer Company, the surviving entity shall remain a Peer Company. In the event of a merger of a Peer Company with an entity that is not a Peer Company, or the acquisition or business combination transaction by or with a Peer Company, or with an entity that is not a Peer Company, in each case, where the Peer Company is the surviving entity and remains publicly traded, the surviving entity shall remain a Peer Company. In the event of a merger or acquisition or business combination transaction of a Peer Company by or with an entity that is not a Peer Company, a “going private” transaction involving a Peer Company or the liquidation of a Peer Company, where the Peer Company is not the surviving entity or is otherwise no longer publicly traded, the company shall no longer be a Peer Company. In the event of a bankruptcy of a Peer Company, such company shall remain a Peer Company.

  • FFO means “funds from operations,” defined to mean, without duplication for any period, Income from Operations, plus (i) Borrower’s Share of Income from Operations of any Investment Affiliate (plus Borrower’s Share of real estate depreciation and amortization expenses of Investment Affiliates), plus (ii) real estate depreciation and amortization expense for such period.

  • comparative price means the price after the factors of a non-firm price and all unconditional discounts that can be utilized have been taken into consideration;

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Achievement Percentage means the percentage of achievement determined by the Committee after the end of the Performance Cycle in accordance with Section 4 that reflects the extent to which the Company achieved the Performance Goals during the Performance Cycle.

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Adjusted EPS means earnings per share further adjusted for share-based payments, amortization of acquired intangible assets, items outside the normal scope of our ordinary activities (including other items, within selling, general and administrative expenses, losses/(gains) on items held at fair value and remeasurements through profit and loss, impairment losses on tangible assets, and impairment losses on intangible assets) and the related tax effects of these adjustments. Adjusted EPS provides a basis for comparison of our business operations between current, past and future periods by excluding items that we do not believe are indicative of our core operating performance. Adjusted EPS may not be comparable to other similarly titled metrics of other companies.
