Compartment Assets definition

Compartment Assets means the Issuer's rights, title and/or interests in and to the assets purchased or otherwise acquired by the Compartment with the net proceeds from the issue of Notes, including without limitation all payments received by the Compartment from time to time in respect of such assets, together with all other assets of the Compartment;
Compartment Assets means the assets of the Compartment [●]. These will comprise the Series Assets [and any assets of other series of notes allocated to the Compartment [●]]. More Definitions of Compartment Assets

Compartment Assets means funds held from time to time by the Account Bank and/or the Fiscal Agent and/or the Paying Agent for payments due under the Notes (the "Cash Compartment Assets"), the Issuer's rights under the swap agreement (the "Swap Agreement") and the Loan Compartment Assets (as defined below).

Related to Compartment Assets

  • Current Assets of any Person means all assets of such Person that would, in accordance with GAAP, be classified as current assets of a company conducting a business the same as or similar to that of such Person, after deducting adequate reserves in each case in which a reserve is proper in accordance with GAAP.

  • Replacement Assets means, on any date, property or assets (other than current assets that are not purchased accounts receivable) of a nature or type or that are used in a Permitted Business (or an Investment in a Permitted Business), which shall include the controlling or majority equity interest in any Person engaged in a Permitted Business.
