Compensation Account(s definition

Compensation Account(s means the Retirement Account and/or the In-Service Account(s).
Compensation Account(s means the Deferred Account (also known as Retirement Account), the In‑Service Account(s) (also known as Flexible Distribution Account(s)), the Transferred Excess Plan Account and/or the Transferred SERP Account.
Compensation Account(s means the Retirement Account, the In-Service Account(s), the Excess Plan Account and/or the SERP Account. In-Service Accounts created on and after January 1, 2006, shall be referred to as Flexible Distribution Accounts.

  • Except as provided in Section 2.4 of this Plan, the amount of payment(s) of each Deferred Compensation Account shall reflect the value of those Deferred Compensation Accounts through the date each payment of Deferred Compensation Accounts is payable, as adjusted for Investment Tracking.

  • All distributions of Deferred Compensation Accounts shall be paid in United States dollars.

  • Each Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account may be sub-allocated as a recordkeeping matter and accounting convenience, but the Company shall not be required to segregate any amounts credited to the Deferred Compensation Accounts in any manner or in any form, except in its sole discretion.

Related to Compensation Account(s

  • Deferred Compensation Account means the account maintained with respect to each Participant under the Plan. The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.

  • Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).

  • Separate Accounts means the accounts which are to be prepared for each

  • frozen account means an account with a relevant institution which is held or controlled (directly or indirectly) by a designated person;

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Employee Account means any brokerage account or unit investment trust account in which the Van Kampen Employee has any direct or indirect beneficial ownership.

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.
