SERP Account definition

SERP Account means the Employer’s accounting of the accumulated amounts credited by the Employer plus accrued interest.

SERP Account or the “Account” means an account maintained under this Agreement on or after the effective date.

SERP Account means the account established to reflect the interest of a SERP Participant in SERP benefits that may be payable under this Plan.

Examples of SERP Account in a sentence

• The Executive’s SERP Account will be credited annually with a sum equal to 16% of Earnings as of the annual contribution date.

• The Company will, on the last day of each such Plan Year, credit the Participant’s SERP Account with the Participant's Annual Credit only: (a) if the Participant is employed as of the last day of the Plan Year by the Company, and (b) if such employment is as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

• The Plan’s default time and form of payment rules in Article VI of the Plan will apply to the Participant’s entire SERP Account, with one exception.

• For years thereafter, the annual contribution date will occur on each February 6th that the Executive remains a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Xxxxxxxx Financial Corporation (or is otherwise determined to be a key executive by the Committee in its sole discretion), and the annual credit amount will be credited to the Executive’s SERP Account as a cash amount in United States Dollars.

• The Participant’s SERP Account will be credited with interest pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Plan.

More Definitions of SERP Account

SERP Account means a bookkeeping account established by SunTrust for a Participant who changes from a position eligible to participate in the SERP to one that is not eligible and credited with a SERP Benefit under Section 3.8.

SERP Account means the account maintained on the books of the Company for the Employee under Article 4.
