Compensation Option Certificate definition

Compensation Option Certificate means the certificates representing the Compensation Options;

Compensation Option Certificate has the meaning ascribed thereto on page 2 of this Agreement;

Compensation Option Certificate has the meaning given to that term above. "Compensation Options" has the meaning given to that term above. "Compensation Share" has the meaning given to that term above.

Compensation Option Certificate has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 14(a) hereof.
