One Competitive Bid Note shall be payable to the order of each Bank in an amount equal to the Total Commitment, and representing the obligation of the Borrower to pay such Bank such principal amount or, if less, the outstanding principal amount of any and all Competitive Bid Loans made by such Bank, plus interest at the applicable Competitive Bid Rate or Competitive Bid Margin accrued thereon, as set forth herein.
