Competitive Loan Request each request by the Company for Competitive Loan Lenders to submit bids to make Competitive Loans, which shall contain the information in respect of such requested Competitive Loans specified in Exhibit B and shall be delivered to the Administrative Agent in writing, by telex or facsimile transmission, or by telephone, immediately confirmed by telex or facsimile transmission.

  • Each Competitive Loan Request shall be in an aggregate amount of $5,000,000 or a larger multiple of $1,000,000.

Related to Competitive Loan Request

  • Loan Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Group Agents pursuant to Section 2.02(a).
