Corrective order means an order issued by the commissioner specifying corrective actions that the commissioner has determined are required.
Protective order means an order appointing a conservator or other order related to management of an adult's property.
Executive Order shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.22.
Anti-Terrorism Order means Executive Order No. 13,224 of September 24, 2001, Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit or Support Terrorism, 66 U.S. Fed. Reg. 49, 079 (2001), as amended.
Administrative order means a written notice from the commissioners to the landowner or landowners of record and to the occupants of land informing them they are violating the district’s soil loss limit regulations or maintenance agreement and advising them of action required to conform to the regulations.
Manufacturing Process means any process for—
Sex trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act.
Executive Order No. 13224 means the Executive Order No. 13224 on Terrorist Financing, effective September 24, 2001, as the same has been, or shall hereafter be, renewed, extended, amended or replaced.
Trafficking means offering, attempting to engage, or
Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);
Payroll Tax Executive Order means the Presidential Memorandum on Deferring Payroll Tax Obligations in Light of the Ongoing COVID-19 Disaster, as issued on August 8, 2020 and including any administrative or other guidance published with respect thereto by any Governmental Authority (including IRS Notice 2020-65).
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Bidding Process means the procurement procedure under which sealed bids are invited, received, opened, examined and evaluated for the purpose of awarding a contract;
Competing Program has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.
Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;
Competitive Process means either an Open Competition or an Invitational Competition;
Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;
Human trafficking means a scheme or plan to which all of the following apply:
Anti-competitive practice means any collusion, bid rigging or anti- competitive arrangement, or any other practice coming under the purview of the Competition Act, 2002, between two or more bidders, with or without the knowledge of the Bank, that may impair the transparency, fairness and the progress of the procurement process or to establish bid prices at artificial, non- competitive levels;
Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Laws shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.1(f)(i).
Food and food ingredients means substances, whether in liquid, concentrated, solid, frozen, dried, or dehydrated form, that are sold for ingestion or chewing by humans and are consumed for their taste or nutritional value. Food and food ingredients do not include alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
Competitive Product means a product or service, made or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with one with respect to which the Employee acquired confidential information relating to the Company, or its business, products or services by reason of the Employee's work with the Company.
Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.
Official traffic-control devices means all signs, signals, markings, and devices not inconsistent with this chapter placed or erected by authority of a public body or official having jurisdiction, for the purpose of regulating, warning, or guiding traffic.
OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.
Competitive Products or Services means, as of any time, those products or services of the type that any of the Bank Entities is providing, or is actively preparing to provide, to its customers.
