Completion Clearance definition

Completion Clearance means a Completion Clearance to be issued by the Nodal Officer / Authority to the Developer, upon the completion of the Commercial Development Project, Redevelopment Project and Station Development Project, respectively, as applicable, and upon payment of amounts due and payable by Developer to Authority, including interest as on the date of issuance of such certificates;
Completion Clearance means a completion clearance to be issued to the Developer, upon the completion of the Station Development Project, in accordance with the terms of the Development Agreement;
Completion Clearance shal mean a Completion Clearance to be issued by the Nodal Officer / Authority to the Developer, upon the completion of the Commercial Development Project, Redevelopment Project and Station Development Project, respectively, as applicable, and upon payment of amounts due and payable by Developer to Authority, including interest as on the date of issuance of such certificates;

Examples of Completion Clearance in a sentence

  • The Developer shall not start Commercial Operation of the Commercial Development Project or permit usage of the Asset and the Commercial Development Project Utilities until the Developer has received the Completion Clearance or the Provisional Completion Clearance (subject to Article 22) in respect of the Commercial Development Project.

  • Upon completion of construction of the Commercial Development Project and receipt of all Applicable Permits for commercial operation/usage, the Developer shall apply for a Completion Clearance and Completion Certificate, as the case may be, for the Commercial Development Project, in accordance with Article 22 hereof.

  • Upon completion of Redevelopment Project and/ or the Station Development Project, and the PMC determining the Tests to be successful, it shall intimate the Nodal Officer accordingly, and if the same is to the satisfaction of the Nodal Officer, the Nodal Officer shall forthwith issue to the Developer and Authority the relevant Completion Clearance substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 12 (Completion Clearance).

  • In exceptional cases when the Developer is not able to obtain all Applicable Permits from concerned Government Authority in time while the Commercial Development Project is ready for Commercial Operation, the Developer may request the Nodal Officer for issuance of a Provisional Completion Clearance for the Commercial Development Project based on available Applicable Permits obtained by the Developer together with completion ‘as built drawings’ for the Commercial Development Project.

  • Provided that where the Nodal Officer has issued a Completion Clearance with respect to any part of the Station Development Project before the completion of the whole of the works or with respect to any substantial part of the Station Development Project which has been both completed to the satisfaction of the Nodal Officer and occupied or used by Authority (or its nominee), then the Defects Liability Period of such part shall commence from the date of such certificate.

  • The Nodal Officer shall, within 30 (thirty) days of such request either issue the Completion Clearance for the Commercial Development Project (which shall be granted with the concurrence of the Authority) or convey the shortcomings to the Developer, which the Developer shall rectify and send fresh request to the Nodal Officer.

  • Provided that the Developer shall not be issued a Completion Clearance for the Commercial Development Project (or any part thereof), till such time as the Completion Clearance has not been obtained by the Developer in respect of the Station Development Project and the Redevelopment Project.

  • The Defects Liability Period in respect of the Station Development Project shall commence on and from the date of the issuance of the Completion Clearance in respect of the Station Development Project.

  • The Developer shall not start Commercial Operation of the Commercial Development Project or permit usage of the Commercial Development Assets and the Commercial Development Project Utilities until the Developer has received the Completion Clearance for the Commercial Development Project.

Related to Completion Clearance

  • CFIUS Clearance means that any of the following shall have occurred: (i) the 45 day review period under the DPA commencing on the date that the CFIUS Notice is accepted by CFIUS shall have expired and the parties shall have received written notice from CFIUS that such review has been concluded and that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns; (ii) an investigation shall have been commenced after such 45 day review period and CFIUS shall have determined to conclude all deliberative action under the DPA without sending a report to the President of the United States, and the parties shall have received written notice from CFIUS that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions; or (iii) CFIUS shall have sent a report to the President of the United States requesting the President’s decision and either (A) the period under the DPA during which the President may announce his decision to take action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions shall have expired without any such action being threatened, announced or taken or (B) the President shall have announced a decision not to take any action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions.

  • HSR Clearance means either (a) early termination of the applicable waiting period under the HSR Act with respect to the HSR Filings or (b) expiration of the applicable waiting period under the HSR Act with respect to the HSR Filings.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Testson Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contractor agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing before the Court where the Parties will request the Final Judgment to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, the Fee Award, and the incentive award to the Class Representative.

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.
