Compliance record document definition

Compliance record document means a document prepared by the applicant, or the applicant’s Delegate(s), which identifies the basis of certification, the method of compliance to be employed for each requirement, the referenced documentation used to substantiate the findings of compliance, and typically a signature area to be signed or initialled to signify findings of compliance and/or recommendations for findings of compliance for each requirement in the basis of certification. The Compliance record document is alternatively referred to as a compliance program document and as a compliance plan in the regulations or as a General Compliance Program (GCP);

  • Record Document means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, (i) the lease evidencing such Leasehold Property or a memorandum thereof, executed and acknowledged by the owner of the affected real property, as lessor, or (ii) if such Leasehold Property was acquired or subleased from the holder of a Recorded Leasehold Interest, the applicable assignment or sublease document, executed and acknowledged by such holder, in each case in form sufficient to give such constructive notice upon recordation and otherwise in form reasonably satisfactory to Collateral Agent.

  • Record Documents mean the drawing set, Specifications, and other materials maintained by Contractor that documents all addenda, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Change Orders and postings and markings that record the as-constructed conditions of the Work and all changes made during construction.

  • Compliance Order means an order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer pursuant to subdivision (a) of section 15 of this local law.

  • Certificate of Compliance means the certificate referred to in Section 3.03 of the Servicing Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit E to the Servicing Agreement.

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule of events, by date, which will result in compliance with these regulations.

  • Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;

  • Compliance agreement means a written agreement between a person and the Commissioner to achieve compliance with this quarantine.

  • Standard Certificate means a credential issued to certify that an educator has the prescribed knowledge, skill or education to practice in a particular area, teach a particular subject, or teach a category of students.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Material Compliance Matter has the same meaning as the term defined in Rule 38a-1, and includes any compliance matter that involves: (1) a violation of the federal securities laws by Distributor (or its officers, directors, employees, or agents); (2) a violation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures; or (3) a weakness in the design or implementation of Distributor's Rule 38a-1 policies and procedures.

  • Safety compliance facility means a licensee that is a commercial entity that receives marihuana from a marihuana facility or registered primary caregiver, tests it for contaminants and for tetrahydrocannabinol and other cannabinoids, returns the test results, and may return the marihuana to the marihuana facility.

  • Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Certificate of Conformance means a document issued by the NCWM based on testing by a participating laboratory that constitutes evidence of conformance of a type.

  • Compliance Review means an inspection of the home, grounds, and files to determine compliance with these regulations.

  • Criminal history record information means records and data collected by criminal justice agencies

  • Document of Compliance has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audio-visual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments.

  • Tax Compliance Agreement means the Federal Tax Certificate, Tax Compliance Agreement, Arbitrage Agreement, or other written certification or agreement of the Issuer setting out representations and covenants for satisfying the post-issuance tax compliance requirements for the Tax-Exempt Bonds.

  • Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.

  • Compliance Department means the Chief Compliance Officer of Federated and those other individuals designated by him or her as responsible for implementing this Code and the Associated Procedures.

  • Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.

  • Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.

  • Labor compliance agreement means an agreement entered into between a contractor or subcontractor and an enforcement agency to address appropriate remedial measures, compliance assistance, steps to resolve issues to increase compliance with the labor laws, or other related matters.
