Component Developer definition

Component Developer means an individual or entity that uses the Product to develop Components for distribution to Component Customers. If Licensee is a Component Developer, Licensee may (i) distribute copies of the Redistributables to Licensee’s Component Customers, and (ii) grant them the right to distribute copies of the Redistributables along with both Licensee’s Components and their Works to their End Users only if Licensee have first entered into an agreement with each such Component Customer that conforms to this Section 2.2.6 and contains the following provisions (enumerated as appropriate to the context):
Component Developer means an individual or entity that uses the Product to develop Components for distribution to Component Customers. If you are a Component Developer, you may (i) distribute copies of the Redistributables to your Component Customers, and (ii) grant them the right to distribute copies of the Redistributables along with both your Components and their Works to their End Users only if you have first entered into an agreement with each such Component Customer that conforms to this Section 2.2.6 and contains the following provisions (enumerated as appropriate to the context):

Examples of Component Developer in a sentence

  • Project Developer means any person who engages in the development of projects in the

The Employee shall, both during and after the Term, upon the Company’s request, promptly execute and deliver to the Company all such assignments, certificates and instruments, and shall promptly perform such other acts, as the Company may from time to time in its discretion deem necessary or desirable to evidence, establish, maintain, perfect, enforce or defend the Company’s rights in Confidential Information and Employee Developments.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • the Developer (“y datblygwr”) means the person carrying out the development for which the planning permission has been given;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development begins to be carried out other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations, investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying of services, erection of any temporary means of enclosure, the temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Common interest development means any of the following:

  • local spatial development framework means a local spatial development framework contemplated in section 9;

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Economic development incentive means a financial incentive,

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Joint Development Agreement has the meaning provided in Section 5.3.

  • New development means development resulting from the conversion of previously undeveloped land or agricultural land uses.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;
